Why the money did not come in the account of the farmers?
If you look at the rules of PM Kisan Yojana, there are many reasons for the installments of Rs 2,000 getting stuck. Till now many farmers have not got their e-KYC done. Government has made Aadhaar seeding mandatory from NPCI, money will be sent to the account only after this work is done.
Many times problems also arise due to error in bank account number or PFMS record. It would be good if farmers keep checking their registration as well. Many times, due to wrong registration or entering wrong information, the money does not come into the account on time.

Till now the 13th instalment of PM Kisan Yojana has not come, so first of all check your beneficiary status. For this one has to go to the official website pmkisan.gov.in. Here in the section of Farmers Corner, click on the option of Beneficiary Status.
On opening the new webpage, the farmer should enter his bank account number, mobile number and Aadhaar card number. Fill the captcha code given on the screen and click on Get Details. This will open your complete details on the screen.
